Strength and Conditioning

Saturdays at 9am at Laurence Jackson School

Strength and conditioning training greatly benefits netball players by enhancing performance, preventing injuries, and improving physical attributes. It increases power, speed, and agility while boosting endurance and stamina. S&C also improves balance, stability, and mental resilience, enabling players to maintain control and perform under pressure. By strengthening muscles, tendons, and ligaments, it reduces the risk of injuries. However, it's important to have a qualified professional who understands netball's demands and tailors the training to individual needs and goals which is where Michelle comes in to do our S&C sessions on a weekly basis.
